Yoga has always felt intuitive to me. After trying many different types of movement throughout college and my adulthood from dance to boxing to HIIT, I always found my way back to this practice.
To me, yoga is about listening to your body and showing up as you are. My classes focus on presence and mindfulness; grounding in the moment and feeling what you feel without judgement. My classes are a way to love, nourish, and show gratitude to your body, while also having plenty of fun in the process. I like to keep my classes light and feel-good, but never shy away from a challenging pose (with plenty of modifications). I encourage everyone to come as they are, and hopefully, leave feeling a little lighter.
