Lyndsey Morash

Lyndsey started an asana practice in 2002 before she realized it was a practice at all. In the 20+ years that have since passed, she has practiced and studied a variety of asana styles under many teachers but credits her style and approach to Ame Wren and Joanna Benevides. While the majority of her 10+ year tenure has been devoted to delivering intelligently sequenced classes that take an anatomical approach to movement, she has most recently spent her time and attention on classes such as slow flow, yin, and restorative where she focuses on helping her students tap into how the energy around them is playing a role on their emotional bodies. Lyndsey became a certified level 2 breathwork instructor in 2019 and uses breathwork in every class. Lyndsey loves providing hands-on assistance that both deliver education around proper alignment, as well as, adjustments that allow her students to sink more deeply into their bodies. While every class is unique, her approach to each class is the same - breath, meditation, movement, more breath, and stillness. Lyndsey always welcomes questions and feedback in and after classes and she hopes that through her teaching, she can help her community find strength within stillness and lower levels of everyday stress and anxiety.
