Nicole Anderson
Nicole found yoga as a way to relax her body and mind after being a competitive dancer for 10+ years. She completed her RYT 200 at the Rishikesh Vinyasa Yoga School in India in 2019 and practiced primarily Ashtanga and Vinyasa at a variety of large studios in NYC. During graduate school, she began teaching classes to the student community and completed a 10-day silent Vipassana meditation course at the Dhamma Dhara Vipassana Center in Shelbourne, MA. Nicole holds a bachelor’s degree in International Business and a master’s degree in Public Health. In her free time she enjoys writing poetry and cooking vegetarian dinners for her friends.
Nicole strives to incorporate mindfulness and respect for yoga’s deep historical and cultural context throughout her practice, and she hopes to support a welcoming and nurturing environment for all students who enter the studio.
